Terms of Service
This document establishes the operating principles, user responsibilities, and legal boundaries for engaging with Strategic Clarity Collective. It is written to ensure transparency and mutual respect.
The Editorial Compact
Why these terms exist and how they protect your time and our collective intellectual capital.
Accessing the Strategic Clarity Collective website and its educational resources constitutes agreement to a professional compact. We operate under the principle that clarity requires boundaries. These terms are not merely legal insulation; they define the operational logic of our platform, ensuring that every interaction—whether browsing case studies or downloading curriculum materials—remains secure, predictable, and valuable.
By engaging with our content, you acknowledge that Strategic Clarity Collective (registered in France) provides intellectual property and strategic guidance, not legal or financial advice. The relationship is defined by mutual professional respect, where data privacy is paramount and the integrity of our shared digital environment is maintained.
Usage & Access Protocols
Defining the perimeter of legitimate use and the intellectual property framework.
License to Access
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the site for personal or internal business use. This is a revocable permission, not a transfer of ownership. You may view and download curriculum materials for offline study, but redistribution, commercial resale, or public broadcasting of our proprietary methodology is strictly prohibited.
Intellectual Property Boundaries
All content—including the "Strategic Clarity" methodology diagrams, diagnostic algorithms, and case study narratives—is the exclusive property of Strategic Clarity Collective. We tolerate individual learning; we enforce boundaries against systemic extraction. If you wish to license our frameworks for organizational use, please contact us via the Contact page regarding enterprise partnerships.
Account Conduct & Security
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity performed under your account is deemed authorized by you. We monitor for automated scraping, excessive bandwidth usage, or attempts to reverse-engineer the diagnostic logic. Violations trigger immediate suspension of access without notice.
On Diagnostic Responsibility
Our diagnostic tools (quizzes, assessments, and clarity audits) are heuristic models designed to stimulate strategic thinking. They are not predictive algorithms.
Critical Limitation: Strategic Clarity Collective does not accept liability for business decisions made based on diagnostic outputs. These tools are "conversation starters" intended to identify areas for inquiry, not definitive directives. The user bears full responsibility for validating assumptions and verifying data before taking action.
